Our Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association for Healthcare Providers
The First Time or Renewal course is intended for those with job-related responsibilities in emergency preparedness and response. We give stress-free BLS lessons in just three hours. BLS - This is a CPR and AED training for healthcare workers that covers 1- and 2-person adult, child, and infant CPR, the use of an AED (defibrillator), choking (Heimlich technique), airway blockage, bag valve mask, and how to utilize a breathing barrier. For nurses, police enforcement and EMS professionals, paramedics, firefighters, athletic trainers, medical staff, dental staff, CNAs, reaction teams, lifeguards, flight attendants, and those who respond to emergencies.

E-Card Certificate:

2-year American Heart Association (AHA) Healthcare Provider BLS certification e-card given the same day. The e-card will read "BLS" at the top.

Everyone must do the lecture online portion ahead of time first, then us for the 2nd hands-on part. With the blended class, students will first learn online during a 1.5-hour online scenario and video-based sessions (not in class) with single-rescuer and team basic life support for adults, children, and infants through 5 interactive exercises, scenarios, and a written test. This way students learn how to recognize life-threatening emergencies, provide high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilation, and provide early use of an AED. The course also teaches the relief of choking. After this online portion is completed, schedule the hands-on -skills (55 minutes) and get your card.
