Cancellation Policy

Registration, Payment & Refund Policy: At CPR for Professionals, LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality CPR, First Aid, AED, and healthcare training in a professional environment. Please review the following policies before registering for a course. Registration: Advance registration is required for all classes. Your seat is reserved only after registration is completed and payment or an approved billing arrangement has been received. Group training should be scheduled at least 72 hours in advance and is subject to instructor availability. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information, including a valid email address for certification delivery. Payment: Full payment is due at the time of registration unless otherwise approved. We accept major credit cards, ACH payments, business checks, and approved company purchase orders. Certification cards will not be issued until all balances have been paid in full. Returned checks are subject to a $35 fee. Cancellations & Rescheduling: Individual cancellations made 48 hours or more before class may be rescheduled one time at no additional charge. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. Group cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice. A final participant count must be provided 48 hours before the scheduled training. Attendance: Please arrive 10–15 minutes before class. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted and may be required to reschedule. Full attendance and participation are required to receive certification. Certification is awarded only after successful completion of all course requirements, including skills evaluation. Certification cards are typically issued within 24–72 hours after course completion and payment verification and are generally valid for two years, depending on the certifying organization. Refunds: No refunds will be issued once training has begun or course materials have been distributed. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original method of payment. Registration fees are non-transferable unless approved by CPR for Professionals, LLC. Conduct: Disruptive or unsafe participants may be dismissed without a refund. Agreement: Registration confirms acceptance of these policies.
